Impromaniacs Present: SCRATCH CAKE!

VICTORIA – The Impromaniacs, Victoria’s original Improv Company, are thrilled to bring you SCRATCH CAKE! at the Victoria Event Centre, 1415 Broad Street on Thursday, JULY 17 at 8:00 pm.

Join us for an evening of exciting entertainment, short form improv games, and an improvised long form piece that puts the audience in the director’s chair! Be sure not to miss all the spontaneous surprises at this night of improvised theatre.

The evening will present an exciting variety of improvisational theatre styles as the Impromaniacs start the evening with a selection of hilarious short form improv games and then finish the evening with an entirely original long-form improvised piece entitled “Scratch Cake” that will allow the audience to make all the choices about the player’s characters and the scenes they will be performing. Do you ever wish you could rewrite your favourite TV shows or movies to fill in plot holes or fix a disappointing ending? Well, the Impromaniacs presentation of “Scratch Cake” will be the perfect opportunity to indulge those arm-chair director aspirations!

The entire performance will be created before your eyes, as we take our inspiration from audience suggestion and instantly weave them into games and stories that are sure to delight! We've got something for everyone! Bring the whole family (and your best suggestions) out for this evening of great live entertainment.
