The Impromaniacs tell “The Untold Story”

VICTORIA
The Impromaniacs, Victoria’s premiere improvisational theatre company, are presenting a night of comedy and storytelling on Wednesday, July 20 at 8:00 pm at the Victoria Event Centre.

“Storytelling is the one of the oldest forms of communication,” remarked Performance Director Morgan Cranny. “And that’s what we want to do with The Untold Story. Of course, we don’t know what the story is yet. But - like the best stories – we’ll make it up as we go along.”

The Impromaniacs, who have been entertaining the public since 1989, have recently moved to producing monthly improv features throughout Victoria.

“The first purpose of the Impromaniacs is to provide affordable improvisational comedy for the general public,” noted Production Director Clare Jennings. “We keep our ticket prices down, but provide high quality entertainment. And we’re cute.”

Showtime will be 8:00 pm at the Victoria Event Centre. Tickets will be $9, and $7 for students and seniors. Tickets will be available at the door. They also can be reserved by leaving a message at 388-3658. And, if you reserve before July 15, we’ll knock $2 off per ticket! Reserved tickets must be picked up 15 minutes before the show.
