The Impromaniacs Proudly Present: HEAT WAVE!

VICTORIA – The Impromaniacs, Victoria’s original Improv Company, are thrilled to bring you HEAT WAVE! at the Victoria Event Centre, 1415 Broad Street on Thursday, AUGUST 14 at 8:00 pm.

Join us for an evening of exciting entertainment, short form improv games, and an improvised long form piece that is sure to be scorching-hot entertainment! Be sure not to miss all the spontaneous surprises at this night of improvised theatre.

The evening will present an exciting variety of improvisational theatre styles as the Impromaniacs start the evening with a selection of hilarious short form improv games and then finish the evening with an original long-form improvised piece titled “Heat Wave” that will use a theme suggested by the audience to create a series of scenes which at first appear completely disconnected, but as the piece moves forward, the players will work improv-magic to tie together the characters and story-lines to the amazement and delight of the audience!

The entire performance will be created before your eyes, as we take our inspiration from audience suggestions and instantly weave them into games and stories that are sure to delight! We've got something for everyone! Bring the whole family (and your best suggestions) out for this evening of great live entertainment.
